Attorney Anthony Williams

Founding partner Anthony Williams has extensive experience handling high-stakes cases. As a lawyer for the United States Marine Corps, he provided legal services across the country and around the globe. He has been a military judge, a criminal defense attorney, and a senior appellate defense attorney. His service as a judge advocate gave him a broad military and civilian law background.

With over 20 years of legal experience, he has successfully handled complex civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts. He now practices in the areas of family law, divorce, child custody and support, criminal defense, courts-martial and appeals, and civil litigation, including personal injury.

A native of Chicago, Anthony enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1980. He then studied Criminal Justice at the University of Illinois and interned at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. He graduated from DePaul University College of Law. Anthony returned to the Marine Corps after law school, gained extensive experience defending Marines and then retired after serving his country for 20 years.

As a retired Marine, Anthony offers the honor, courage and commitment of a true professional. He knows how to handle high-pressure situations and how to protect your interests effectively. Read more about his background by following this link:

Our associate attorney, Chapman Good, can handle your criminal and civil matters. On the criminal side, he has participated in cases that range from misdemeanor assault to felony murder. For civil matters, he’s experienced litigation that involved as little as a few thousand dollars all the way up to multimillion-dollar patents.

Chapman began his professional life in 2005 as a United States Marine. He was a rifleman who was twice deployed to Operation Enduring Freedom. He started his legal career as a paralegal after leaving the Marine Corps in 2013. In the years since leaving the Corps, Chapman has worked on matters and participated in trials that covered everything from antitrust to patents. After eight years as a paralegal in a “big law” type firm, Chapman joined Williams Stone, PC, as an associate.

Chapman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University in 2016. He furthered his education with a law degree from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University.
