
Eric Stone
Managing Partner
A former U.S. Marine, Eric B. Stone understands the military. As a judge advocate general, he defended cases involving courts martial criminal offenses, Article 32 and command investigations, and handled other military law matters including AWOL and desertion, security clearance revocation and Article 15s.
As a Stafford, Virginia lawyer he manages local cases involving DUI, assault, harassment and juvenile offenses and civilian divorces. He also represents military families in divorce and family matters such as child support and protective orders.
Eric B. Stone received a bachelor of arts degree from Duke University in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law. He also is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming.
He joined the U.S. Marine Corps and was awarded a meritorious service medal in 2003. He served as a judge at the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals in the Marines from 2005 to 2007. He is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and in Virginia and is admitted to the U. S. Supreme Court.
